I envy your...Gosh Linda you've been very busy! I envy your kitchen skills. I use lots of dried herbs (bought in jars lol) but rarely use any herbs fresh other than chives, mint and thyme. I don't know what to do with the others! I've also never pickled anything and I only freeze my apples although not this year as my daughter had to pick them while we were away and she told me she was NOT peeling the millions of apples and cooking them, so she handed them out to all the neighbours and they love her to bits now lol. If you have a nice chutney recipe for green tomatoes I'd appreciate it as I have about 2 million tiny green tomatoes on my windowsill at the moment trying to ripen! Your cakes look yummy too, wish I could taste that Baileys Cream cake, it looks delicious! They all do.
